I ordered a mattress with Kiddicare yesterday and according to the Interlink tracker its been delivered and signed for by LAST Do you reckon this is the name of a neighbour? I don't know any of there second names so looks liks me and the kids are off to knock and ask everyone.
Surely it wouldn't have been too much to ask for them to stick a card through the door telling me where it is!!

Ring the delivery company and ask them where it was delivered, as it's obviously gone to the wrong address.
The onus is on them to locate it, not you.
#2
agree with the above thats the only thing you can do although i would get kiddicare to do all the chasing up for you.
#3
I agree too, I have had delivery drivers sign things and then deliver a few days later. Get onto the courier company asap
#4
I'll ring them in a bit got to get the kids to church group and we're late as usual!
#5
I had this not so long back, item had been delivered to a neighbour, but the name quoted online was nothing like theirs!!.

guess you must live in a terrace then. A bit more difficult in a deatched street where each neighbour is at 50 yard intervals.

I've been round the neighbours and it's not there so off to phone Kiddicare . I know most of my neighbours by sight really and first name but we've no idea off surnames
#13
I know the names of our neighbours.. have seen them on the witness statements :)

No really I know most of the neighbours names, have their phone numbers and family numbers for emergencies etc.... and this is London.

Not that daft actually, seems Kiddicare reckon that means its been left outside. But I cant find it!
They are going to speak to van driver and check but if it's gone from outside where do I stand?

If at time of ordering you didn't put in any special notes section that you were ok for it to be left outside like round a back gate etc etc then it's not your responsibility. Also,if you did not leave a note on saying ' leave outside here ' then it's not your problem.

Kiddicare will send out another and claim with the courier, you won't be out of pocket if it's not your fault it's been left outside if this is the case.

If they left it out unsecured then it is up to the company to replace at their cost.

I needed it in a hurry, will they refund order do you think so I can go to late night mothercare and buy one. Prob should have done that to start with

If the delivery driver hadn't been so silly then they would still have a job, so nothing to feel bad about, I never asked for him to be sacked i just reported what he had done. Unlikely his company would have sacked him for the one offence so guess there was more.

I doubt the company would disclose confidential HR information like this, infact I know they wouldn't.

and why are your products delivered by a diver do you live underwater?

get the feeling they're just putting you off because it's the end of the day?
#36
If you don't get it tomorrow then insist they refund you as you need to buy elsewhere,it don't make sense,I suspect it's been left and stolen.

I've ordered loads of times with Kiddicare, not so much recently but like I used to order a lot there 5-6 yrs ago,any problems I've had they always dealt with.

I'll call them in morning I think and get them to chase it, just a bit worried cause it's on my credit card and I'll have a bill and no mattress at this rate.
