I had a PC case sent to me yesterday, and seller forgot to put flat number in.

Anyway item arrives today, so go down, the driver had been buzzing every flat until one answered.

Also the parcel had wrong name on it. and I says Im not sure if its for me or not and the driver says "Just take it" and hands it to me!

Doesnt even ask for a signature!

OMG How bad is that? :w00t:

Had it crossed your mind - it could have been a 'suspicious' parcel?

I used to deal with them with my business. They are the pits.My 'favourite' Parcelforce encounter was when I was chasing missing an urgent consignment for 3 days. Each day it had been put on with an agency (temporary) driver who couldn't find any of the addresses and kept returning back to the depot with the van still pretty much fully loaded.4th day he turns up and I recognize him straight away,He was the guy who had been into my shop for the last 3 days asking for directions (with my parcel in the BACK OF HIS VAN!!!).After I had finally stopped beating my head against the wall I rang my local depot to speak to the manager who it appeared didn't speak english !!!.:x

Amtrak are bad too. My "local Portsmouth depot" is the wrong side of Southampton 25 miles away.

They failed to deliver twice as they couldn't find my door (I live on the corner of th road and the driver didn't think to look down the corner). As they will only attempt delivery twice, I hadto go there to pick it up.

Have just bought a PC from Dell (from a link here) anyone know what courier they use?
