Anyone else have problems with missing items shipped by Parcelforce?
I ordered an item from Play.com which was shipped by them on the 5 December, looking at the Parcelforce tracking it was out for delivery on the 6 December from the Nottingham depot, however I have still not received it.
I have called Play.com who say they can not do anything for 10 days, I have emailed Parcelforce twice and no reply, I have called Parcelforce twice each time I was promised I would be contacted by the depot within 24 hours, I have never received a call!
Does anyone have a direct number for the Nottingham depot all I can find is the call centre number? Or has anyone ever had a package found after it going missing.
Any advice/help would be appreciated.
