Parcelforce missing packages!!

Anyone else have problems with missing items shipped by Parcelforce?

I ordered an item from Play.com which was shipped by them on the 5 December, looking at the Parcelforce tracking it was out for delivery on the 6 December from the Nottingham depot, however I have still not received it.

I have called Play.com who say they can not do anything for 10 days, I have emailed Parcelforce twice and no reply, I have called Parcelforce twice each time I was promised I would be contacted by the depot within 24 hours, I have never received a call!

Does anyone have a direct number for the Nottingham depot all I can find is the call centre number? Or has anyone ever had a package found after it going missing.

Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Im actually going there tomorrow morning if that helps?

Also be aware they are open on Saturday mornings and not in the afternoon, otherwise you'll be waiting till Monday to get anyone.

Thanks, the depot number I need is Unit 2, Drake Road, Victoria Business Park, Netherfield, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. NG4 2PE.

Eventually received an email from Parcel Force!

"Please accept my apologies for the delay in my response.
This parcel was on a van that was stolen while it was out on delivery in the Nottingham area. As a result the parcel has been lost. You will need to get the senders to claim and send you a replacement."

I have contacted Play.com who were very helpful eventhough I had to wait 10 days. They are sending me a replacement hopefully the van will not get stolen again!

Just tracked my replacement:-

19-12-2007 05:05 London Central Depot Rerouted to correct depot
19-12-2007 05:05 London Central Depot Parcel missorted
18-12-2007 23:08 London Central Depot Arrived at delivery depot

This order must be jinxed! Will I ever receive my order in time for Christmas?
