Anyone else have problems with these?
Been waiting for a Router from Sky for a while and activation date, so didn't think nothing of it as no activation date had been set...
Then, no broadband on the 18th, so phoned Sky and asked when the activation date was supposed to be. Found it was the 18th, so asked where the Router was and why I wasn't informed of the date.
Apparently, an attempt of delivery was made on the 13th (no card posted) and all they could do is ask me to deal with Parcelforce. With regards to activation date, they would resend the letter (pointless task at this stage).
Ok, so rang Parcelforce and arranged a redelivery to another address on 20th (free of charge as they had not left a card). Nothing turned up. Checked online this morning and can see that they attempted delivery, which they hadn't as I had the parents sat waiting all day and if they had, surely they'd have left a card, which they hadn't.
Phoned up this morning to see how what they can do and all they would do is arrange redelivery again for tomorrow and investigate at the depot it was sent from.
What exactly can anyone do in these situations, it's not as if kicking off will get you the item delivered any quicker and people awaiting these deliveries seem to have the $hit end of the stick.
