Used them just before xmas, but noticed today no options to pay via Paypal - have ParcelMonkey stopped accepting payment via Paypal.

you sure, I wanted to book a collection went thru it all got to the payment page and wasnt offered Paypal as payment - I have opened up a support ticket with them asking about this. If they dont take paypal then Parcel2Go or MyHermes I will use.

Those are the payment options, 'pay with paypal' is highlighted in yellow underneath the large 'Secure Online Payment' box

Same for me - I don't get the option in the screenshot above. Wonder if it depends on the service you are using though? I was buying international courier (DHL) rather than domestic (CityLink).

I got a reply from the support ticket I opened and ParcelMonkey have confirmed they do not accept Paypal anymore . This is what they said

Hi. Sorry but Paypal is no longer an option for customers to pay by. There is no facility to make exceptions as we are phasing out Paypal entirely in the near future. Kind regards

100% Liars & I still have this option & I sent 2 items away last week using paypal as the option of payment.

As TUSSFC said maybe it's just if you use City-link then they give this option.
Try using city-link as the courier just to see if you get the "pay with paypal" offer ?

You will be sorry if you use parcels to go or myhermes just read their reviews, would never use again.

Just tried to send today and PAYPAL option is gone - All my customers pay me by PAYPAL and this was handy. Will have to find another courier if they do not reinstall it quickly

seems the reason they have done this is to force you to give out credit and debit card details. they then keep these on file and if your goods exceed the volumetric weight they can take more money from your account without informing you. You need to check the box that confirms this prior to purchase and its now in there terms and conditions. They cant do this if you pay by PAYPAL - as they have no access to your details. Seems goodbye PAYPAL - Goodbye Customers also I think
