Don't know about them but I recently had to send some items to the Scottish highlands and used www.myparceldelivery.com who select from several carriers. The item weighed 6.3 kg (quite heavy bathroom brassware) and was 1200mm in length and arrived within two days via citylink and cost £18 which was the cheapest I could find.

Depends on what sort of service you want - if you want someone turning up in a battered old car to deliver an item then sure use them - if you want a uniformed "professinal" delivery go to someone else like Parcelforce, Citylink or TNT. Tracking is ok - no better than anyone else and check the costs if you want a signature on delivery or if its going to highlands / islands etc
