looking for some ideas for cold pasta salads for lunch

any suggestions? whats your fav?

Chicken, pine nuts, and Sacla Fresh Corriander Pesto....also lovely warm with creamed spinach....yum!! :-)

also been told adding a few bits shaved courgette to a pasta salad is nice? anyone tried it?

tuna, pasta, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, green pepper , sweetcorn, carrot , salt pepper and some dressing i had italian dressing over this at the weekend it was like a mayo with pesto superb :thumbsup:

prawns,pasta shells, seafood dressing (tom sauce and mayo mixed together), diced cucumber

onion, cabbage, carrot - diced mix with mayo add grated cheese and pasta

you could add anything you like really beetroot , celery, kidney beans, raisens, diced apple, chopped nuts, garlic , mint , chicken, feta cheese chunks, cubed toms, bacon bits,

Mayo mixed with some mint sauce, then add fine cut sliced roast lamb!
Good for Sunday roast left-overs!
Also have been known to use left-over curry from the night before, thickened with mayo!
Works for me - but I eat almost anything!
