Hi all

My dad just got the Nokia 2680 from e2save (with £10 top up). He has put the SIM in, but he says there is no credit. Is there anything he needs to do to activate it?

I think it depends on the company, usually it's by calling the phone company or online etc

Right, he's activated the SIM but still says there's no credit. Any ideas how to activate the £10 credit?

OK i have just rang e2save as i had same problem earlier today. It can take up to 72 hours after registering the sim for the credit to appear :thumbsup:

You normally need to wait a couple of days for e2save to activate it their end, something to do with security ie: make sure you had it etc.
