Is it worth upgrading to a premium account? It's not giving me much info but do I get charged per month for having it or something? If you go over the £250 limit a month do you have to go premium?

Yeah i think personal accounts have limits on the amount you can send. Also you cant accept credit/debit card payments with a personal account, only payments from bank accounts as far as i am aware. Personal accounts have a receiving limit of 250 (bank account payments only) and sending limits are different for different individuals as far as i know, you check your limits in your account. If you go over i think paypal ask you to upgrade.

if you are using your account to send/pay for items like ebay then there is little difference between a personal and premium account as sending money is still free, there is only a fee for accepting them. There is no monthly fee so it is worth upgrading just to get limits lifted.

Hope this helps

Briefly, Paypal fees are 3.4% and 20p on UK Pound Sterling transactions. No charge for Paying in UK £'s. If you are a seller it is best to upgrade. Upgrading also removes the Sending/Receiving limits that you have now.
