one of my ebay items which was sent to holland didn't arrive(bloody RM) and the buyer opened a paypal dispute.
The value of the item is around £ 60.- while at most i will get a £ 34.- refund from RM (if i get it at all that is). Am i correct to assume that i will basically have to dish out the difference and refund the whole amount as otherwise paypal will do that on my behalf?
Also, had i sent it registered or by Airsure (which i didn't), would i get refunded by Paypal. If so, will i get refunded the full amount (and if so also when i make a RM claim)?
