Any help appreciated. I bought item 320207689860 (Wharfedale 160GB Digital T.V recorder) and paid instantly. The seller then totally ignored my requests for when the item was posted so after a week I raised a paypal dispute as the item had not arrived.
The seller then input a false parcelforce tracking number.
Then the recorder turned up. I paid £15 for recorded insured postage but seller only paid £10 for uninsured standard parcel service, hence him having to put in a fake parcelforce tracking number. Anyway, i could live with this and closed the dispute. Seller even missed off my house number and street from the parcel!
After then checking the recorder, it was clearly not new as listed. It was scratched, the stand, manual and batteries were missing and it even had a recording on the recorder! It is also faulty in that it stops timer recordings after a few minutes.
The problem now is that paypal will not allow me to re-open the original dispute or even raise a new one. i then tried to report the problems via ebays "item not received or not as described process" but I just get the following error message:-

To cap it all off, he negged me!
