I don't think there is. There is the Small Claims Court but it probably not worth your time and effort.

I take it that it wasn't eBay then as you didn't get the money back?

Report the seller to the police or as mentioned Small Claims.

I you won the paypal dispute, but the seller doesn't have funds in the account, you won't get it.....BUT as soon as any funds hit the sellers account it gets sent straight to your account automatically, it may take a while, but you'll get it in the end...
happened to myself...and about 3 months later i got an e-mail saying it was in my paypal account..

You can start the claim online, its between 25-30 quid BUT you can put that in your claim and get it back.

downside is i dont have any address or anything...would paypal provide me with this information?

If it was a company there should be an address listed.

If it wasn't,who to, or what was the paypal payment for.was it a private sale.etc etc ?

You could always file for the name and address under the Freedom of Information Act. I believe there is a £10 charge for this, but Paypal are obliged to provide you with all information relating to your account.

Have you tried speaking to your local Citizens' Advice branch (try Yell.com).

Good luck with this.

On the thread in question pauladin91 says they have an address for him, could you not PM them for it and then start the small claims process?

You've have probably lost the money, as this is how scammers now use PayPal protection to get items to sell on. PayPal is turning into the new Western Union payment system.
