what should i do?

Did the buyer leave a comment in the dispute as to why they weren't as described?
#3
i disclosed the row. Row 4. It waz gold tix but he said its silver. Wich is slightly cheaper. I thnk he is trying a fast 1. Wat should i do

Are these actually gold seats? What does the dispute description read? He might also try and pull a fast one saying he was ejected from the grounds as he didn't buy them officially. Had a similar experience before and had to offer a full refund.

Get proof from the ground that the tickets were as you said, scan any receipts you had as PayPal will ask for them

Send paypal a pic of the tickets showing they were Gold ones and the tracking details of the letter/parcel you sent.

Wait for Paypal to investigate. :)

Not sure how ticket sales work within ebay & paypal, as not sold any for a long time...

But...if the buyer wants a full refund in the dispute, they have to send the tickets back, at their own expense, via a signed for delivery method (Recorded or Special - if they're worth over £39 I would go for Special as Royal Mail won't cover).

If they escalate to a claim they'd be instructed by Paypal to send the tickets back anyway - and they must get a tracking number to input into the claim in order to prove they were sent

If they were incorrectly described (sorry don't know much about cricket) then may be just best to ask them to send back via Special Delivery, refund them and sell them again?

Have done for me in the past. :)

In the past, Oval have confiscated tickets and ejected the spectators from the grounds for buying tickets on ebay. They are very strict, as opposed to Lord's. What if the buyer changes tune and says they were confiscated?

they were definatly gold. He went to the game. Got in. Watchd it. Then afta filed a dispute saying it waz silver not gold.he wants a full refund due to this.

If they were confiscated then this is the buyers fault not the sellers as there is no way to proove for what reason they were confiscated.

I dont think he can claim not as described without returning the tickets unused (which is the key word).
Have you got pictures of the tickets you sent for proof to paypal?
#13
Okay, in light of the above, the dispute is based on whether they were gold or silver. Prove their gold status and it should be fine.
#14
unfortunatly i hav no pic. I didnt take 1. Shud i ring paypal and ask them 4 advice
#15
Okay, you have no picture of them,, but do you have the original email/documentation stating what tickets you purchased. When you order tickets online they always send confirmation, so use this as proof as to what you had purchased and sold on.

My above advice is irrelvant as the tickets have been used. The buyer won't be able to claim a refund as they won't have the tickets to send back to you in the original condition as sent - so not really sure how they could win the claim?
#17
yh thats what i was thinking. buyt you know paypal, they tend to award the buyers in the most ridiculous cases
banned#18
If the buyer is a scammer he could just send back an empty letter via recorded delivery and say he returned the tickets as it'll be signed for.

Get paypal to get a copy of the complete ticket from him before he sends it back as he won't be able to provide that if he went and won't have a case

buyer cant claim if you took paypal gift as advised on this site
