So ive just received a paypal gift payment and was wondering is it ok to post my item just now.

Ive noticed that the buyer doesnt have an address on paypal :

Seller Protection:

Not Eligible
Protection for items not received

Transactions without a postal address aren't eligible for seller protection. We recommend that you contact $$$ to make sure this payment was authorised. For more information, see our tips to sell securely.

We have no delivery address on file.

Is there anyway the buyer can claim the money back, even though it was paid as a GIFT.

Addresses don't come up if its Paypal gift, the buyer will have to PM it to you.

They can't claim the money back either.

I suggest you take the persons name out of the OP they might not be too keen on it being plastered across the forum:w00t:

There's no buyer/seller protection on PP Gift, which is the price you pay for avoiding the fees.

If you have received the PPG then yeah, its safe to post the item as the person cant claim anything back.

Point to note tho, I think the payment value is still subject to chargeback rules. Pretty remote possibility of that happening tho.
