Does anyone know how I can find out an estimated collection time? I have 2 boxes being collected today and this is the first time I have used a courier of any description. I believe PPD use DHL but would they be able to tell me a time or even whether it might be am or pm???
Advice needed please

When you booked a collection didn't you put in a collection time?
You could phone DHL and see if they know what time their driver services your area. Collection is more important to DHL because it's worth more to them and to the Driver.

No probs.
I suspect pick up will be in the afternoon because they leave the Hub with a full load and deliver them, before picking up.
You don't live in the Highlands or anywhere remote like that do you?
Have you put the address on it clearly and a return address?
Don't worry, I consider DHL to be one of the best and I've used them all.

u cant specify a collection time

its anything between morning and 6pm

i used them last week for the first time aswell, i emailed them and they said collection time latest was 6pm

you cant specify a pickup time, i don't think any courier company do to be honest.

top service btw :)

£5.99 is it

they offer great weight and size restrictions so u can send heavy big boxes for £6!!!

royal mail would automatically fall in the over 2kg = £18.50 special delivery i believe?

is that per parcel?

Its £4.99 on a special offer on their shop. I think its still £5.99 on some of their pages.
and yes I believe it to be per parcel with some size and weight limits but Ive just sent a box 75x50x40 wt 7kgs for that price and received one last week similar size but 27kgs (if i remember rightly - it was round about that weight so Im not too far off!)
