This is a mobo from an old Time computer. Seems to be no info on it anywhere.
The closest I can find is drivers for a GA-7zmmC here - http://www.giga-byte.com/Support/Motherboard/Driver_Model.aspx?ProductID=1315
Worth trying the VGA drivers for that board, you could get lucky.

I wouldn't bother with the link in the previous post, unless you wish to buy Driver Detective software.

sorry i should a checked the link, try this, I think the "P" at the end may be a region or revision identifier

If thats no good try Gigabytes own d/load centre which should "automatically" recognise your mobo:
