Dont really do it anymore, go on how I feel

My best was 550, frequently (most days) got 100 and below. Rare for me to get my best. I have really bad asthma though

Normal is 750 for me. Lowest was 450. Never been hospitalised or on oxegen. Go through salbutamol like crazy so doc has put me on a steroid one that I can never remember (red base).

I'm asthmatic and mine is usually around 450-550. Your reading is exellent. :)

I only tend to use my blue inhaler if it dips below 300-350

I was taken off the normal inhalers and put on the powder one called Symbicort (has a red base, white screw cap). It's loads cheaper than the normal gas inhalers to the NHS.
