Petition To Allow Nuuvem On Here (GTA Complete Pack £3.95, Borderlands 2 GOTY £5.25)

Admin usually want opinions on retailers to see if they will allow them. Anybody had any experiences with Nuuvem that let them know here. Maybe we will be able to get Nuuvem finally allowed on here and post some great prices like Borderlands 2 GOTY £5.25 and GTA Complete Pack £3.95.

I have only ever had good experiences from them and they take that extra step to let you know if a game is region locked on each page.

I bought company of heroes 2 earlier on in the year. Everything went smoothly using a proxy. Steam key worked and continues to do so even after the recent DLC updates. Now they have tightened things up a bit I was struggling to the get fallout 3 for 5 BRL. Gave up in the end. Perhaps there is a better method than Hola. That being said its prob down to my impatience rather than a software issues.

Most games still require no proxy or VPN. Some do to add the game to cart like GTA Complete.

Install Hola Unblocker, go back to the store main page and try this:
1.Turn Hola on and choose Brazil.
2. Add the game to the cart.
3. Go back to the main page.
4. Turn Hola off.
5. Go to your cart (the game should be there).
6. Select Paypal and pay.
Make sure you are logged into your account before trying these steps.
If it doesn't work for you, try choosing a diferent South American country instead of Brazil, like Argentina or Cuba.
Steam activated the key just fine without any proxies.

Yeah, I used that method to buy COH2, worked no probs.

What currency are they using? How much would BF4 PC be on there?

BRL = Brazilian Real . The exchange rate is roughly 25p to 1 BRL. So a quarter of the asking price on the site in UK sterling.

£27. Not worth it.

BF4 is currently105 BRL so thats £27.66. Its not on offer so I'd give it a wide berth. That being said when games are on sale its groovy. You can use paypal which doesn't apply any extra charges unlike using amazon.com with a bank card.

An example was Fallout 3 at the weekend, which was on offer for 5 BRL. That's £1.32. Which is the lowest price you can get the game anyway.

Ive bought a few things from Nuuvem and can vouch for their reliability and professionalism. they indicate which games are region locked. and you can easily purchase things with paypal without needing to learn Portugese. i've not needed to use VPN so far.

interesting, as far as i can tell, I can add GTA complete to basket and pay via Paypal without using VPN. i dont see why one would need to resort to these measures

It seems the issue with Nuuvem is simply the lack "listed contact details"

sigma[MOD]1 year, 2 weeks ago

Unfortunately as it's a nonUK website with a lack of listed contact details then they don't meet current HUKD listing criteria.

so i propose it might be easier to petition Nuuvem to include contact details on their website:)

I've bought several games from them, most recently the Watch Dogs Season pass which was £15.99 in the UK, but about £11.95 from them. Tried to list it but it was removed. I understand why, but I would like them to be list-able here, as their stuff is very cheap.

Bought some borderlands 2 stuff off them 50p. Can't grumble was easy to use. Never heard of the site until someone linked a truck simulator within a deal.
Bookmarked and will use again.

According to reddit certain games need VPN to add to basket but that could just be US.

I've shopped at Nuuvem about 3-4 times and I've never had one problem I got what I paid for 3-4 seriously cheap games its on my list of about 5 shops to check when I'm buying games.

p.s If anyone knows where you can buy Don Bradman Cricket 14 under £20 (my biting point) let me know please.

I dont even use a proxy for my purchases, just paypal, some have been locked, but as Brazilians language is Portugeuse, the games are PAL would you believe lol

I purchased Lego Marvel from them for my son at Christmas, I got through the purchase menu screens in Portuguese (not sure if they had an English version?), paid with Paypal and received the download code fine.

Awesome price. IIRC I paid £5 for it a while back. Steam is showing 26 hours gameplay and I've just moved police departments for the last segment of the story. Helluva game. Usual Rockstar production values, very gritty and dark themes, brilliantly captured performances. Plus the soundtrack by the ex Sade dewd is claasy, smokey jazz at its finest.

Morning all.

Picked up the Max Payne bundle for £4.42 which contains all three games plus the MP 3 season pass.
Its region locked for a few countries but steam activation when ok. 27gb install

Also found out why my browser wasn't allowing to complete payments from nuuvem which hindered me last week in picking up fallout 3. I have several layers of security on my main system. Just had to pause one of them during the final transaction handshake and all is good now. :)

Used many times, always excellent service and price. Never any problems, would definitely recommend. Plus lets you know if game is region restricted.

So what happened to this?

So what happened to this?

Nothing much it seems other than someone has just expired this thread- obviously don't want it here for reasons beyond belief

Tis a shame.

I was lucky enough to ponce on the recent Lego pack on Nuuvem. 8 games for under 5 quid. A stella bargain. I guess the powers that be, must have some strange motive for not allowing these kind of deals to be announced to the masses.

I fail to see a good reason to not allow these deals but for the commercial whims of the site owners. I just pre ordered Cities: Skylines for dirt cheap, which I think would be a very popular deal for the masses let down by Sim City.
