This is about pay for the fuel workers, as opposed to the oil prices.

The opposite will happen.
#23
yeah, because they have to pay their drivers more, they have to charge more..:-(

I agree, dont be surprised if we are paying £2 per litre by the end of the year.:x

That's a ripple in the ocean compared to the cost disruption this will cause and will be recouped in medium term prices. The drop in supply will of course push prices up in the short term also.
#26
And will make that the PERMANENT price :-(

It always makes me titter when these strikes happen, people still use the same ammount of petrol whether the strike is on or not, they just fill up before, or after
#29

Depends on the market.

Sorry, but the really does get me angry!
#32

Craig david

About £50 because we have a diesel car

What about you?
#39
this strike is about the greedy truck drivers who want a decent pay rise after all they only earn between 35_39 grand they dont care about the price of fuel or the public they are just as gready as the government
#40
Its ridiculous considering the amount of profits oil companies have. They could easily negotiate decent pay for drivers and still have huge profits without hiking the prices up further!
