My mind needs to be worked.

I'll start with the obvious one:

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around - does it make a noise?

WOW :?

anyone got other good ones?

If I captured some fog in a jar, do you think it would be missed?

Well there is always the old -what came first the chicken or the egg

(I think yes there is still a noise the physiological make up of the tree doesn't change so the tearing of wood fibers will still make a noise regardless. Also the woods are never empty there is always going to be some creature around to hear.

The chicken and the egg is a never ending continuation in my book a circle similar to that of the great sea serpent who circled the earth with his tail in his mouth :) )
