right heres my story.... in june i finally got my first contract phone on orange. a few weeks later the fone in question (lg cookie) developed a fault of which it cut out during calls and lost battery life extremely quickly. I have now had my phone back from its third repair with orange and the fault still exists. i took the phone bak to the store and was confronted by "we no longer deal with it here" so i'm thinking fair enough. Are otange in breach of contract or can i cancel my contract without termination fees i am fed up with the this network and need a phone as i need to be able to contact family in the situation we are in at the moment.
can anyone give me advice? (be much appreciated)
