worse thing you can do is switch it on!!

just leave it to dry out for a few days.

i did this too with my brand new samsung tocco dried it out on the radiator for a day but it never worked properly again, :x

Dont Dry With Air Dryer Or Anything Like That Ull Blow The Circuit Boards , Leave Near Radiator Or In Airing Cupboard, You Could Ring You Contract Supplier And Say It Packed Up Working Worth A Try.

Apparently the best idea is to dry it SLOWLY!
in an airing cupboard or low radiator. Dont do it on a high heat

Only what ive been told

Take the battery and sim out, and memory card of there is one.

Put it in a bag of rice on top of the radiator for 24 hours.

The rice will drain the moisture out of it and it shoud work again.

I'm maybe confusing you with someone else, but I'm sure it isn't all tht long since you were e-bouncing with excitement about getting an n95 and with questions about the cool apps you could get for it. You have my sympathies. I nearly cried when my N95 fell under my knee and crunched loudly.

If you're thinking of scrapping it, could I maybe be cheeky and ask if you'd sell it to me for a tenner? It's maybe unlikely that I could pull any magic and bring it back to life, but if I could, it'd be neat because I've been meaning to get my dad a decent MP3 player, so even if the speaker and mic are perma-broken, it might still have some use in it. Failing that, my mate's N95's battery cover has fallen off, so I could give him the one off your phone. On the plus side, I guess it's nice and clean.

You'll get around £50 for it in a non-working state at some of the mobile websites.
