Could someone have a go for me? The text is the blue highlighted in with the code at the top (image in next post). It needs to be a dark red / maroon colour.

thanks

Have you got it saved as layers or have you flattened the image?
PM me if it's in layers and I'll have a go for you (no promises though - bit of a Photoshop amateur)

is it a jpg, or do you have a photoshop file with the layers on, if you can send me a link to a larger pic than this one I could do it easily for you
or if its in layers still i could tell you how to do it yourself, its easy peasy if its still in layers, a little harder if its a jpg but still can be done

It's in jpg unfortunately. That's the largest size i can get it, but should be able to adjust the width etc in photoshop. The person who made it, only sent me the jpg of it :x

thanks

Surely a quick rub out and insert text? I would do it but i can't be bothered.

+1. That's the quickest way to do this if all you have is the jpg.
#7
rub out and insert will make this look appalling.

Rub out ALL the text you can see, and re write it in a new layer on the top. save it as a PSD file and then you can go back and change it.

which bit do u want changeing, the gareth bit, or make the right choice ..... or both?

No it won't, get a text that looks the same and you're sorted.

both please, the gareth bit a bit darker than the next line

I would rub it out but I don't know what font they used etc and I don't have a copy of photoshop, i only have fireworks.

just use the pencil tool in the right colour and colour over it, it doesnt change the white background, only affects whats already coloured
#12
prob not the right red, but that took me less than a minute

I've used a different method than all these guys, just lasso'd the desired area and used adjustments - colour balance and altered the settings on shadows, midtones and highlights until reached correct effect.
#20
Involves selecting the bit you wanna change and then playing about with "replace colour" to get it to:
