  Your problem will be finding a courier who will cover screens, as they are few and far between, and if something happens to it in transit, you will not be covered.

  I would use collect+ as it's only £3.49 for parcels up to 10kg from one shop to another in the uk

  It will weigh over 11kg for shipping and screens aren't covered under compensation cover for most couriers. Parcelforce don't cover screens with glass, which I think the iMac has.

  
  
  I was thinking ups, I sell a lot on eBay (mackerr10) and I will make sure it is well bubble wrapped and boxed up. :)

  So you think £165 is ok price, I just want it to go to a good home. I bought it thinking I could get away from windows and learn about apple, but am a windows man and find windows a lot easier.

  £165 for an eight year old computer? I think that might be a little optimistic, when you consider that 2 year old core 2 duo laptops with exponentially better specs than this sell for that sort of figure. I saw one of these old machines on sale in a charity shop window for £30, which might be a slightly more accurate valuation, unless you can find some poor deluded mug to punt it on to.

  Hi, do you have the original packing box,,,
  
  Model number will be on that or you can get it from System Preferances.
  
  That will help me establish which vintage the unit is.
