Plasterboarding kitchen ceiling

Any1 help my husband and his dad have just been plasterboarding kitchen ceiling { i know its a bit late to ask} but we didnt stagger the sheets of plasterboard does it matter or do we have to start all over again,i do hope not.Anybody know the answer would be most grateful for any advice.

no need to stagger joints(although it is better to stagger joints) but you must use joint tape or scrimp cloth over all joints and it will be fine (assuming you are plastering over)
