need a bit of advice as i'm a little peeved.
last week i bought a bluetooth connector from play.com which i saw on here, it was 4.99 so thought it was a good deal and ordered stright away.
anyway i get an email saying order processed etc and then the money comes out of my account, so i wait a week til today and its still not arrived so i ring them up and the bloke i speak to says 'sorry you wont be getting it as its sold out'
now thats fair enough, but why have i had to contact them about this? they should have either just refunded me the money or at least emailed me to say they couldnt send it out as it had now sold out?
am i right to be a little peeved?? and if so what sbould i do about it??
imo its bad business.
