Ok so I ordered a sd card about 2 weeks ago and the lock switch is missing, so it wont work. I've got the email from them saying to send it back. Then on top of that yesterday I got my other order, a pack of 100 dvd-r's and when i've opened them 4 of them are cracked! I cant really be bothered sending the dvds back because my local post office has closed down and the nearest one is in the city centre. I would like to just send the damaged 4 back and get them replaced but don't know if they would do that.
I'm considering phoning them and telling them how angry I am but don't know what I can do other than sending the whole lot back and not just the damaged dvds. Does anybody know of any ideas? or anything that I can say on the phone to get them to send me 4 replacement dvds?
