a courier company tried to deliver my seinfield on 14th Dec. We went online and arranged to collect it today, hubby went up and the company says we were due on the 15th (we cant check) so they sent it back on the 15th at 4pm.
Have contacted Play and they have offered refund but its my Seinfield set and its not in stock and even when it comes back it is unlikely to be at fab price.
Woman suggested I email play Customer Services but have searched the site and cant find it!
Anyone know how to email Play.com customer services, although its definately the courier company who has let us down i am going to see if i can salvage the situation by getting it at same price when it comes back into stock!
i am gutted!!
