I had ordered the Targus bluetooth adapter for 4.99 from Play.com and they charged me for the same on the very date of the order. The product was in stock but after some days my acount started showing it is out of stock. When I called them after 10 days, they were just apologising for the same and said they would refund the money.
They haven't refunded the money in 2 days but they were very prompt in charging the same.
I don't think they can keep my money for so long if they didn't even have the stock. Can I take some legal action ? What is the easist way to do so ?
