I purchased an electrical item from play.com 6 months ago, and it has just recently stopped working. I want to return it to Play, but the online returns system won't allow me to select the item (since it was ordered more than 28 days ago) I've tried E-mailing them at [email protected]
, but I just got an automated E-mail back from them saying the E-mail is unmanned these days.
If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.
