Is it just me, or are play.com liars?
They say that a product has shipped and 10 days later, you (I) still haven't received it.
My previous item (a usb drive) was marked as posted the same day I ordered, and after 14 days and an angry support email later, the item was shipped the very next day via courier. So in fact they had never sent the item in the first place, and I know this is a fact, because other people didn't receive their usb drive either (same model)
What is going on? DO I need to bang down Plays virtual doors to get my item?
