PLAYTRADE EMAIL CONTACT ADDRESS PLEASE?

I recently started selling on Playtrade and so far have had 3 lots of funds transferred to my bank account which took 7 days each time.

This time the money has still not reached my account and it is now the 8th day since the transfer request was actioned. Since other playfunds have reached my account successfully it is not a bank account issue. Should I be worried yet, and if so, does anyone have a reliable Playtrade email contact address so that I can chase this up without spending hours on the phone?

Not at all.

We do say that transfers take up to 7 working days, but also consider that the banks sometimes add a day or two onto the transfer time. As long as your account details have not changed recently you should see the money shortly.

Funds that dont make it into an account for any reason are usually returned within a couple of days and you would hear from us if that was the case.

Feel free to PM me if you still dont see any sign of your cash by the end of tomorrow....

Thanks for reply - money reached my account on 9th day! Good to know there's a contact on this forum, since there doesn't appear to be one on the actual Play.com site!

You should contact playtrade directly - its very unlikely they will respond to you via this thread....

I ordered a product through you from Gameseek, this product - which was a CD player for my one year old - is faulty and I cannot play CD's on it. I have emailed gameseek and not received a reply. I'm becoming quite cross about this as their customer care is proving non existent and they are looking very unreliable and unprofessional.
