I believe that means you have to bet it 20 times before you can withdraw it.
So bet a quid, if you win repeat 19 more times (it a con to make you lose it all)...

I think it means you gotta bet £500 from it before you can withdraw your winnings.

You should contact them and find out.

There is also small print.

# Turnover/play on Slots (all), Keno and Scratchcards count 100% towards the turnover requirement for the bonus.
# Turnover/play through on 3 Card Poker & Cyberstud Poker games count 50% towards the turnover requirement for the bonus.
# All other games count 10% towards the turnover requirement, unless detailed above (to name a few covered by this condition: Video Poker, Blackjack (all), Craps, Roulette (all), Baccarat, All Aces , Sic Bo, Red Dog and Casino War).

Pick it up, rotate it 180 degrees, put it back down. :-D

A lot of people made thousands out of these bonus casino offers years back when they started - before they banned blackjack and video poker from the turnover and it became more hassle than it was worth. Used to be able to set a macro for blackjack using standard rules, leave it running for a few hours and cash decent winnings at the end. Then when you had used up all the UK casinos on to the foreign currency ones and all the joys of netteller and getting your money back out of it. Those were the days on the old rpoints gambling forum. :D
