I booked a flight to LA in may from zugu.co.uk last friday and got the booking confirmation and it said on it if u dont get your eticket within 48 hrs call them. So i did yesterday. And when i was on the phone to him he said ill email you it...Still havent received the ticket.?
I only got billed for the ticket 2 days ago, am i being impatient , but shouldnt I have received the eticket already??
