  phew after 2 phone calls finally got what i asked for!! didnt know it was them till they debited my account, but after reading the reviews, the alarm bells were ringing!!!!!

  No problem what so ever! Have been using them for the last 2 years! Highly recommended, if you got any issues tell me and I'll give a no for the person I know.

  ive seen some bad reviews for this company too..ive been looking for tickets for india and the prices they are quoting are just too good to be true!

  I booked some tickets but they never advised me that the tickets are not changeable. I went back to them after I recieved my etickets I asked them if I could change my return journe date. Suddenly their cordiality and service disappeared and finaly they told me that it will cost me 100 GBP per ticket plus fare difference. As travel consultant they should have advised any implications before booking tickets.
  
  Their prices are very good and so is their service only up to buying tickets. Once you have bought tickets and want to change itenary they do not want to know you.

  Complete bunch of jokers. They caused me so much stress with issuing a wrong ticket for my parents and went round in circles for hours, only hours before the time of travel. My poor parents didnt know if they were going to be travelling or not. They finally admitted they made a mistake, apologised, said someone would call back for compensation and guess what? Yep your right.

  Save your hard earned money and buy from elsewhere , these lot are a bunch of crooks and are being investigated by Hounslow Police for fraud , theft , dishonest practices etc etc

  Surely everyone knows it costs money to change flights dates after booking! oO
  
  Anyway, my advice is to always book with the airline. Too many travel agents going under unlike airlines!

  book my ticket with them,wat a nightmare..they stil havnt refund me my £50 they overcharge me..they said they are gonna refund me but stil nothing yet,,,they are z worst travel agent in z world..

  I think they are part of MYVACATION.CO.UK they are far more dodgy, please guys beware with them.They are connected with London Indian mafia groups.At the end you will lose money and chasing them on phone.

  Don't use this lot they are a bunch of theives. They are part of the ESTA fake website scams (you pay to register on the american visa waiver programme...the one and only official website costs £9, this lot charge £29.99 and you never get registered..when you get to the states you get sent straight home). I think the reason they are still in business is they do sometimes do legitimate business, but rip many others off..if they were completely bogus they would have been closed down long ago. if you go on to their own website there are literally thousands of people who have been ripped off by them. The worst part of it was when we typed in ESTA into google this fake website (and many others like it) all come up before the offical american government website. It is very professionally done..people don't stand a chance!

  I have had the same problem told my maestro card not worked for deposit and asked for credit card ,told them I didnt own one so cancelled the flights I had planned. was constantly phoned then by agent Robert and tried to be pressured i told him constantly that this is the only card I have so I had cancelled.After one weekI was contacted again by this agent Robert that the origional card had been accepted and they had withdrawn the money from my acccount one week later without my permission. I tried to contact them to get my money back and got the reply we are not a charity. so my advice to everyone is stay away from these crooks they rip you off!

  I bought 12 tickets to America for a family reunion next easter they took my money and told me last week, by lying through their teeth Virgin had taken seats back and we had no flights. Rang Virgin who told me not true Virgin rang them for me. Polani never booked the flights in the first place, I now have no flights. I have had no apology or explanation from Polani /comefly/flight catchers all emails are returned and no one wants to talk to me. From day 1 mistakes were made and each time I spoke to them they assured me right up till 2 weeks ago my flights and seats were booked. They are scammers and I would honestly say you more than likely have a problem. Hope you get sorted I have wrote to Watch dog I suggest anyone reading this does the same. D.

  Absolute frauds tried to apply for ESTA us visa waiver through this website received an email saying my credit card had not been charged! I checked with the bank and guess what? you're right the money had been taken. Have contacted New Zealand police fraud squad. Bunch of no good thieves don't go near them make sure your friends and families don't as well.

  This Is a BAD Company Avoid at all costs, My Tip to get some resolution is to hold the Airline accountable once you tell them you are looking to take legal action they Re issue the Tickets, Hopefully Polani Will not be sold any more tickets RIP OFF Company.

  Just had an incident with them - got the tickets now after threat of legal action but I am not sure if I will be happy until I am on that plane - took me 4 weeks to get tickets - has any one ever actually taken a flight that they booked for them?

  I have been using their service for the last three years but have not experienced anything bad yet. They are cheap and service is always prompt. Sometimes can be little disorganise though !
  However, based on my personal experience, I would reccommend their service to everyone.
