Is 8 yrs old too old to be buying Polly Pocket?

My daughter is 7 - 8 in April and I have been thinking of buying her some Polly Pocket stuff for Christmas but then suddenly wondered if it wasn't too young for her. She has a very good imagination and likes playing with Barbies and Bratz with her little sister.

Just wanted some other opinions really & I'll throw you some rep!

Thanks!!

I agree, some people try to make them grow up too soon! My daughter plays with anything - latest is tools, but she loves dolls too! Its great when they are like that though. There loads of Polly Pocket out there - I got some in Sainsburys last half price sale (last year). Check Sainsburys out tomorrow if you can

Shouldn't she have her first flick knife by now??

Most kids seem to these days.

I dont think she is too old, my daughter who is 5 in April is just getting into it all.My god its expensive, but its great for role playing and keeping them occupied.
Go for it :)

Ps... has anyones daughter got the new rollercoaster one out its £50!!! But my madam really wants it, would love to hear what people think of it.
