rub some olive oil and then salt into the fat babes and stick a couple of sage leaves into the curl of the meat... stick it in the oven on about 180 C and check each hour x x

oooooooooo i love pork.....stick it in some foil (like a chicken) with some water in the bottom.....leave it to cook however long (dep on size) then uncover for the last 45 mins ish....you can put salt or oil on the fat but it should crispen up easy enough without it :)

oooooooooooooo i want roast pork now :x
