Possible free car parking at airport... No longer working, although see post for holiday extra free parking!

I've not posted it as a deal although for me this is the deal of the year as ive just saved myself £107 and got free car parking at Birmingham airport for 4 weeks in July. Monarch are guaranteeing that their car parking is the cheapest you can find (without voucher codes or special offers) or they will give it you for free. There's a challenge I thought and lo and behold I managed to find a place cheaper! The car parking That i''ve used to compare it was http://www.parkandgo.co.uk.. Just in case it didn't work I paid an extra 50p so that I could cancel it but I got the email today to confirm I was getting the full amount refunded in the next day or 2! Definately worth a look. If others get it then it may be worth moving it to a deal.

Monarch parking uses essential travel (same company, different name basically but the email confirmation comes from essentialtravel.co.uk), who offer the exact same price guarantee. Go through topcashback for 8% cashback at essential travel and see if that tracks as well as your freebie parking!!
- sickly sweet

Not sure if this is still with monarch but I have just booked 3 weeks meet and greet parking for July with essential travel and had it refunded again!!

STILL WORKS!! But now with Holiday Extras who refund after you've returned from holiday... see Post 383 onwards!

It's only car parking and not even with their company. You just use them as a booking agent for it. It's saved me over £100 so I love them at the moment.. Can't complain when it's free

No, I have flown with them before along with every other budget airline. I'm going with Ryanair this time. All as bad as each other but you get what you pay for and in our case not a lot :-)

so you book the monarch then email them the cheaper one? and pay 50p in case lol
#11
ok so within 7 days
#12
In fact the multistory one is also cheaper. Cannot be special offer etc as it says above but these don't appear to be. I paid an extra 50p so that I could cancel at a cost of £5 if it went wrong

I wouldn't park in with them ones you leave the keys with them.

Was looking at Stansted mid stay or long stay car park 26th May (11am) to 3rd June (8pm) but everywhere is coming up the exact same price as Monarch - £91 long stay and £113.50 mid stay :(

we were gonna fly to tenerife with monarch but reviews said they were awful. ryanair really is a bus servide but its prices are very low so u cant complain. monarch is a bit more pricey

It will cost you £5 to cancel it. As long as you have made sure that you have followed the terms and conditions you should be fine. Had my response back the next working morning and it was all fine

Well actually my car has been left with them many times and never anything missing or damaged. I have a few hundred £ just in kids carseats too. WE have always found the service impeccable at manchester. The beauty is they are there as you go out of the terminal. No messing or waiting.

I need a weeks parking at Bristol on 29th May. They are all coming up the same price.
#31
Proportinally that parking fee sounds quite reasonable - Bournemouth Airport have done themselves no favours with the charge

Been doing it at Birmingham for years. Costs us a pound ever since the terrorist incident in Scotland

At a quick glance meet and greet is cheaper on here but double check the terms and conditions etc

hmmm, tempted

I paid £56 for 11 days at gatwick with airparks. Monarch (airparks so same company) quotes me £106.99

EDIT:

original re-quote is £106.99 so exactly the same price. Guess it pays to book early as I paid in December!

It has to be within 7 days in any case. The quote I used was £60 cheaper too but that went up 24 hours later.
