For avi files I use a programme called HJSplit dont know if it works with ISO's?

Google that name and info will come up and its a Freeware I think? :thinking:

Are they films? you could use dvd shrink to fit onto a normal dvd-5

Yep you can split with WinRar too and also choose how big the splits can be, I see you just want to save them on DVD? Thought you wanted to play them, so I suggest WinRar aswell as be easier!! :thumbsup:

You can even Password protect it! :-D
