It could be a number of things

maybe who you bought off hasn't sent it even though they sais they have

Maybe it was incorrectly addressed

Maybe mis delivered by accident

Maybe Stolen By Postman (Highly Unlikely Though).

I am a postie myself, It's not worth stealing anything, They always get caught in the end, seen it happen a few times, It's scary stuff when they lift someone of the shopfloor, You always think that you wouldn't have thought that person would steal

Think yourself lucky. I've lived at my current address for 15 years. Lots of my mail ends up in a nearby street with a name nothing like mine at all - and we often get theirs. They just read the door number and thats it - they think they've sorted it.

I just received (finally) a replacement shipment from Focalprice after I complained non receipt. I found the original earlier this week down the side passage of our house - that we never use. Simply thrown over and been there for a month without a note saying they'd done it. Required a signature too!

Post yourself something and see if it arrives, i had the same problem a few months ago and it didnt, lodged a complaint with the Royal Mail with proof & explained the missing mail, 4 weeks later we had a new postman?? coincidence?

I have a relative that live at the same number as us, same surname, different street tho, and they sometimes get our bank statements!

Which sums up they dont read the mail before plonking it through a letterbox. The address ours goes to - the only thing the same is the door number.

If the problems are bad - dont bother ringing their Customer services - they're a waste of time.

Give the Royal Mail "Chairmans office" a call. 0207 250 2888

So give me coffee and tv, pleasse dont leave, ive seen so much im going blind and im brain dead virtually. Soulship in my tea, its hard enough for me, take me away from this big bad world and agree to marry me.

And then the cartoon gets destroyed by the big foot of doom.

That an ominous avatar you have..... *knock* *knock* *knock* at the door.... I would run run run

Sorry... i do hope you arent easily worried. ;)

Like someone else suggested, I would send yourself some post, maybe 3 or 4 items, over a couple of weeks, make sure you get proof of posting. Make them all small parcels and if you don't get the first 3, put something unpleasant in the last... lol Then basically get the boss of the house to put in a formal complaint to Royal Mail.
