The power steering part is just a pump, if your getting tight spots i would of thought it was the rack

Well it may well be chief, but this stuff has sorted out the need for a new rack, age of the car is not worth doing it on. This stuff takes a couple of months to settle but when it does it's awesome seriously makes the steering a million times better.

It goes stiff in places and I'm pretty sure whoever the car was owned by previously stuck something in the fluid by accident, likely water so damaged the system.
