I always go for the full breakfast. Its a fry up and anything else you can manage to eat/drink.

Fresh Orange Juice
Toast with jam/marmalade
Cereal.
Fry Up
Coffee.

There usually a selection of Fruit and Yogurts too.

The one nearest to light water valley, which is harrogate.

The breakfast is good in there.
For those with children, your children can eat free when an adult pays for the full breakfast, think its 2 children per paying adult.
Last time I stayed in a travelodge tho I took my own box of cereal and I got some milk the night before from a Tescos nearby and I took disposable bowls etc. I'm vegetarian so the full breakfast its not worth me paying for really,so why should I be exploited to get a free breakfast for the kids to have to buy the full one when most of is meat.

I nearly always eat a cooked breakfast, whether it be egg and mushrooms on toast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or a sausage or bacon sandwich. I am not at all overweight but if I miss my breakfast I feel ill. People who eat a hearty breakfast tend to be slimmer than those who dont.
