Will go through and add the dates if anyone wants me to.

Two horse race now IMO, we'll know after next weekend I think. If Utd can get 4 points from the next two matches it's all over.
#5
I am not sure, the next couple of weeks are going to be very important in the title race, United have a couple of tough games coming up which could affect things dramatically and change the look of the table quite a lot.
#6
i also think it could be between united and arsenal, but i think arsenal might edge it if they don't bottle it again.

why have you put spurs on the list op??? might aswell put liverpool in there in that case :p

Funny you should ask that, I did miss them out, they are very often forgotten about but are having another good season, they are also sitting forth in the league above Chelsea having played only one game more. Liverpool on the other hand are 6th and 21pts off the top of the table having played one more game than the current leaders!!

Arsenal have been playing well recently and have a good run in, they have 4 winable fixtures coming up so they need to win those and put some pressure on Manchester United, but this is the premiership anything can happen.

I was also going to put in the relegation teams fixtures, then I realised that was half of the league!!

City 10 points behind and a game more
Spurs 13 points behind

33 points left to play for, Utd would have to drop 20 points to even give either of them a sniff given that they will too drop points between now and the end of the season.

This next week or so could be very important in Arsenal's season too, lose in the FA Cup and Champions league and they could crumble, however win both and you never know then.

United are going to win the title for sure.

Tommorrow they will win - 2 - 1

Then @ Liverpool it will be 1 - 0 to United

Arsenal are going to reach breaking point when it does really matter, win over Barca and they are getting to cocky. Yestarday did bring all the Arsenal fans to ground again.

As they say

Glory, Glory, Glory United.

Massive 2 games for united.2 draws or a win and lose will do them. I was hoping city would pinch a point atleast off them aswell. I don't hold much hope but hopefully both teams can get a result against them makes for an interesting end to season when they play us (providing we don't flop along the way)

Also OP fancy getting rid of the long list in the op and just keep it in post 1 (for scrolling on phone purposes :D )

It's funny how most people moan about clubs like City and extortionate transfer fees ruining the game, yet when Wenger tries to go against this and bring youth through all we do is get criticised.

It's between United and Arsenal now, I'd still go with United to win it but hopefully it will be close.

I don't think you get criticised for having a lot of younger players, I think it is great, but you need a core of experience to help them develop into great players. If you look at United we have a good core of younger players now - Smalling, Fabio, Rafal, Hernandez plus our younger reserve players ect but we still have a core team of older players helping them along, Ferdinand, Scholes, giggs ect.

If Arsenal added a little experience and a great keeper you would be challanging even more so, if not running away with it by now!

Who has criticised Wenger for doing so? Only Ars*nal fans as far as I can see. How many times have you moaned he hasn't spent and what players you need to buy?

Yeah I agree, in terms of first teams we are definitely around United's level but United have a better strength in depth and more experience. They can call on the likes of Hernandez, Park, Smalling etc who will all come in and do very well, whereas we bring on Chamakh, Rosicky, Squillaci etc and they are all awful and cost us games. I still think United are a bit reliant on Nani and Vidic though, an injury to one of these two and you never know.

YEs I agree, we do rely on vidic far too much at the back, but the last few games for smalling have been very impressive, he has really stepped up since joining United. Valencia should be back soon hopefully which should add a bit more width to our play.

yes vidic and nani have been our stars this year, nani has been involved in 33 of our goals i believe!!!

also park, valencia and anderson due back around 22nd march

There is only 6 points between 10th and 20th, that is so close I am almost looking forward to seeing how that pans out compared to the top of the league!!

Park is massive, fergie knows how hard he works and how good he is. Always picked for the major matches especially champions league!

Very true Guv, but the way arsenal celebrated after the first leg against Barca you would think they had won the champions league!!

LOL, what do you expect. They just beat the best team in the world when everyone said they wouldn't.

Silly silly person aren't you.
#37
Don't want to temp fate but you have to say United are in a very good position and can afford to lose against Chelsea or Liverpool, I'd be more than happy if United win one of their two next games, 4 point's would be good, 6 point's would pretty much seal the title, Still though I think logic tells me it'll be between United and Arsenal.

If we win 10 of our remaining games we'll win the title, 8 if we beat Arsenal.

City fan's don't make me laugh any more, third or fourth is probably best you can hope for.

I would have expected them to react like that if it had been the second leg, but surely it is common place to be slightly reserved when your only half way through the tie??! lol!
#39
The celebrations were more for the fact that no one, maybe even the players, didn't believe we could beat Barca. To do so, and in the end beat them by playing our game, was inspiring although of course a week later Cesc and Walcott have to get injured and our season could now fall apart X)

Surely Chelsea can't be even considered or Tottenham.
