its gotta be a high street or retail park store, not somewhere that requires membership like Makro and available to take away or order for immediate delivery, for a DSGI store to price promise

buy now pay 12 month not really a privilege, they'll earn the same amount, you'll pay £25 more than the total for the admin fee (HFC's profit)
buy online and save yourself £100

no they won't.
if it says online offer only, not available instore, we're now strictly told not to do it.

the online offers are apparently there to match another online retailer's price.

unless it specifies offer not available instore, the prices are the same, or at least should be!

its DSGi, law unto themselves.
tell the sales staff one thing, then do something different and yell at us cos we haven't sold much instores, but proudly proclaim the web business is thriving!!!

Im sure the manager wont have a problem with it rather than losing a store sale and giving it away to a online sale

Had a pricematch about 2 weeks ago no problem, maybe it depends on the store, ours is a very small high street shop, they also pricematch with Comet etc in the nearest city 15 miles away

our store is the smallest in the north east now that consett is gone.
but thats the orders we got from on high.

no price matching with the currys online only deals, cos they specify on the site, they are for online buyers only, not available in store.
plus online is free delivery-not done instores either unless you're really pushy!

like you say, it'll depend on the price difference and manager.
start of the week is the best time, cos then they've got a whole weeks worth of discount budget to play with (1% of total sales)

Dixons online might be cheaper still.

and nope, we don't price match with them, even tho we used to BE them!

all ridiculous.

Wish they'd just got rid of the Dixons name altogether and we wouldnt have such confusion.

tho it could be down to the little redneck charv town I live in, being 20 years outta touch!!
