hi....i was wondering if anyone knows anything bout printing your own cake toppers..im wanting to start doing this..have seen the canon pixma ip 3500 which looks like a good one to start with...anyone found anywhere cheap to get edible ink..icing paper..all supplies etc. also can you print on rice paper as well as icing..if anyone could help give any pointers on how to start this up i would be so greatful and of course rep added

thank you but they are based in america..will cost too much to ship.

Its all going to depend how much you are planing on ordering i guess. Its not going to be cheap to get all the stuff to do a couple of cakes but if you are going to but alot it will generally be cheaper to buy direct from the US.

I've been trying for 4 nights to find barbie ones....fairy cake rice ones, if you set it up soon i'll be your first customer Lol!

yeah it is expensive..will have to make 20 large cake toppers in order to get set up costs back.

definately!! have you tried contacting a seller on ebay who do the characters on the rice paper to see if tehy do requests..i certainly will when i set up (i know its no use to you know).

Sounds pretty cheap to me. Few business opportunities have such a low startup cost
