ive got some promo games for my ps3 and im gonna get some empty blu-ray cases and was wondering what was best way to print cover's.

i normally use undercoverxp but dont see an option for blu-ray so can anyone reccomend a program or knowa size to print them out at.

also anyone know were to get cheap blu-ray cases, cheapest ive found is svp but the postage makes it a bit high.
