I'm waiting for a payment through paypal but when I tried to go onto my account they have frozen it!

so I have to "Enter Expanded Use Number" (I don't know what this is) and "Provide Business Information" (of a business I don't have!?)
Has anybody encountered this before or know what to do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
