I'm quite new to Quidco & wondered if this was 'normal' with them: I have transactions back from November and December (from Dell, Boots & HMV)showing as Tracked, but not validated. Yet other transactions that took place in January (from BuyaGift) have already been paid.

Is this normal? How long do I leave things before I start chasing up?

If they are tracked, you don't really chase them up. Quidco are waiting on the payment from these companies. SOME companies take longer than others, there are stats to see this on the quidco merchants page.

You really only chase things up if they haven't tracked at all. * I think *

I only joined last month, so I am new to this too.

As far as I know, as long as it is tracked then it is fine (as emma said) but it may take a while for them to pay up

Thank you ladies.

I thought it a bit strange that a purchase I made on 1st January has already been paid out, yet one I paid at the beginning of November is still showing just as 'Tracked', not validated!

Some are slower than others, it tells you when you look somewhere up on quidco - look at the right-hand side of the page and it tells you how many claims are successful and how long it usually takes

It's all to do with the retailers themselves. If quidco don't have the money, they cannot pay you :p

I dont mind helping because I found quidco really confusing when I first looked at it. Didnt know what it was when everyone was posting about it and took me a while to understand!

Not just the retailers - the affilliate network the use.
