How much did you pay for it? Might be worth selling it
#2
£27 with P&P
#3
They should give you a full refund it you send it straight back.
#4
Should be able to send it back - you lose the postage money though.

Is it available anywhere? If not sell it for a slight profit/make your money back

I would send it back if I were you.

You only have within 7 days of receiving it to return it and to get a refund(minus postage back to them)

Go here for Play.com returns information:

http://www.play.com/HOME/HOME/6-/Help.html?page=ret#jump-02

Contains this:

Our returns procedure

1.Returns authorisation

Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by clicking the 'I would like to return an item' link below. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
* I would like to return an item.
2.Packing the item

Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
3. Replacement or refund

We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.

Returning an unwanted item

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

* We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
* We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.

Am I missing something? Pre-order? I thought that that game had been out for a few months now, why have you only just received it?

I think most of the stores are just clearing their back-orders.

It was heavily in demand over the Christmas period.
