I occasionally do some weights like 3 times a week for my biceps,triceps etc and i do running and as im quite a slim frame, its quite hard to put bulky muscle on.
Is this whey protein suitable for me? How long does it take to start getting some visual results? My diet at the moment is quite good, i eat healthily and so so.http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=100&prodid=563
Also, if i get this, how many should i have a day? Do i have one every day or one every other?
