Yes, if you have a PS3 game version of singstar then you put that one in. Go onto your playlist then press either triangle or select (forgot which one) then it'll come up saying swap the disc over, take the PS3 version out and put a PS2 disc in. It'll read it and you will have them songs on you screen. In the set out of the PS3 version :thumbsup:

The original 60GB PS3's have limited backwards compatibilty but all other models have none at all (apart from singstar if you own the original singstar on ps3 you can swap disks as said above)

Yes, many thanks. I didnt think any other games would work but singstar games do using the select button to swop

Not true - I was also under the impression that 40gb & 80gb PS3's wouldn't play PS2 games (which was the main reason I bought a 60gb) but I recently found this article which I was amazed at:
